OneMillionTrees Movement
The OneMillionTrees movement is a key nationwide and community-driven effort to plant a million more trees across Singapore from 2020 to 2030.Launched in April 2020, this movement aims to restore nature back in our city through the planting of trees across the whole of Singapore, including streetscapes, gardens, parks and park connectors, nature reserves, and nature parks. By ramping up our efforts, this will improve our urban environment and enhance our resilience towards climate change.
The OneMillionTrees movement is part of our effort to transform Singapore into a City in Nature, which is a key pillar of the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
