Climate-resilient Future: Transforming Water Challenges into Opportunities - 10 Dec 2023

As global water demand continues to accelerate due to population growth, rapid urbanisation, and climate change, water technology will be key to address growing concerns about a future where access to clean water will be increasingly challenging. While the technology for improving water security is available, enabling environments need to be put in place to make water more affordable and accessible. We also need to strengthen capacity building and expertise to effectively implement such technology in developing countries. Collaboration among governments, international organisations, the private sector, and other stakeholders is therefore crucial.   

In this session, leaders will share insights on how governments and organisations can capitalise on the sustainability challenges and transform them into opportunities. They will also exchange views on how the international community can work together to create a shared future that is prosperous for all.
