A Net Zero Government

The GreenGov.SG initiative is the Singapore public sector’s sustainability movement. It is one of the key enablers of the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and demonstrates the public sector’s commitment to lead by example in Singapore’s environmental sustainability journey.

Under GreenGov.SG, the Singapore public sector aims to achieve net zero emissions around 2045, five years ahead of the national target.

Through the annual GreenGov.SG report, we publish our performance and plans to reduce our environmental footprint. Singapore will continue to learn and share best practices on greening public sector operations with the international community.
