Eco Stewardship Programme

The Eco Stewardship Programme (ESP) in Singapore aims to inculcate responsible and sustainability-conscious mindsets and lifelong habits in our students. The ESP adopts a whole-school approach to integrate environmental sustainability into schools through the 4Cs: Curriculum, Campus, Culture and Community. Since 2023, we have also focused on Singapore’s Sustainability Challenges as themes to help students appreciate the ramifications of climate change in the local context.

In 2025, the Ministry of Education spotlighted Singapore’s Energy Story and supported schools with resources to help students understand Singapore’s delicate balance between energy security, affordability, and environmental sustainability. Through this approach, students gained valuable insights into sustainable energy production and discovered meaningful ways to play their part in Singapore’s green future.
